Sometimes the best spots don’t show up right away. No stress, you can add it yourself.
Add a custom place
In the place suggestions list, scroll to the bottom
Tap the add a custom place option
Enter the place info
Choose a visibility:
Private. Choose Private if you want the place visible only to you and your friends (your friends can tag visits there too)
Public custom place. Choose this if you want the place to appear on your Profile Map and Place List, or when it’s a real location that isn’t in our database yet
Save to add it to your map
If you don’t see a visit, unfortunately there is a no way currently to force it to appear retroactively. But stay tuned - we’re constantly working on new features and improvements to the experience!
If you’re tagging and the right place isn’t listed, you can add it yourself by scrolling to the bottom of the suggested list and choosing the option to add a custom place
