A few things to keep in mind
Some sanctions are automatic. For example, when our system detects behavior that breaks our guidelines (like sending too many friend requests).
All appeal requests are reviewed manually, but we can't guarantee the sanction will be lifted before it ends.
Once a sanction ends, we recommend taking it easy when sending friend requests to avoid triggering another one.
If your account is reinstated, either after an appeal or once the sanction ends, all your data will be restored, including your friends, scratch map, and other saved info. The only exception is any content that directly led to the sanction being applied.
In some cases, if your appeal is successful, certain content may still be removed as part of the reinstatement process.
If your appeal is rejected, the restriction will remain active until its original end date.
