How to get directions in Bump
Tap your friend’s pin or a saved place on the map
Check the bottom-left corner to see how far away you are
Tap the distance pill to open the directions panel
Pick how you want to get there:
🚶 Walk
🚗 Drive
🚕 Jump into a ride-share or maps app (like Uber, Waze, or Citymapper)
You can also open the route in your preferred external map app.
Share a Live ETA
Bump makes it easy to share your journey with friends in real time.

Updates pinned to your friend’s lock screen
How to Start a Live ETA
Tap a friend or location on the map
Tap the distance to open the route options
Choose walk, drive, or a ride-share
Tap Start to begin sharing your ETA
They’ll see you coming in real time, so you don’t have to keep updating them.
