How do I request a phone number change?
Just contact us and send us:
your username
your age
your current phone number
the new phone number you want to use, including the country code
Before we make any changes, we’ll need to confirm that the account belongs to you.
A few important things to know
A phone number can only be linked to one active account at a time.
We’re not able to merge accounts or transfer data between them.
If you have more than one account, you’ll need to choose which one you want to keep.
If your new phone number is already linked to another account, that account will be deactivated during the change process, and deleted after 30 days.
In some cases, we may need a little extra information to verify that the account is yours before we can process the change.
