We want Bump to feel kind, respectful, and safe for everyone. When something or someone targets a person or group, by attacking, threatening, or putting them down, we remove it and take action against the accounts involved.
What this covers
This applies across the entire app, everyone and everywhere. Some examples: usernames, profile photos (including symbols and gestures), chat, stickers, supersends, friend requests, and everything else.
What we remove
content using slurs or dehumanizing language
threats or wishes of harm
mockery of disability, serious illness, or trauma
harassment through repeated messages
unwanted invitations
coordinated targeting of individuals
This list isn’t exhaustive. If something could put people at risk or break this policy, we’ll remove it and take action.

We may escalate credible threats to appropriate authorities

If you see content that violates this policy, you can report it directly in the app. We review all reports and take appropriate action to keep Bump safe for everyone.
